Our Story
Launched in Chicago during Fall 2024, Sustainable Fashion Week is now expanding across Illinois to create opportunities to learn about environmental practices within the industry and how shoppers, leaders, businesses, and citizens can make a positive impact.

SFW Illinois is opening hubs across the State with the goal to have one in every town, so communities have access to year-round support, events, and resources that create opportunities for people to take action for a better fashion future, no matter their background or budget.

SFW Illinois’ mission is to provide sustainable information, resources, and events for the Illinois community to understand how we can wear, appreciate, and work in fashion with minimal planetary impact.
