Sustainable Fashion Week Illinois is a charity organization that provides year-round ethical, environmental, and educational fashion programming leading up to its annual 9-day Sustainable Fashion Week event, which brings people, neighborhoods, and industries together to reimagine fashion.
What began in Chicago, is now expanding throughout the state!
Our mission is to provide sustainable information, resources, and events for the Illinois community to understand how we can wear, appreciate, and work in fashion with minimal planetary impact. SFW IL is a voice and outlet for sustainable designers, buyers, writers, scientists, advocates, professionals, eco-enthusiasts, and everyone in between.
